Before you can run Connect for Clio on your Xerox® Device, you must configure the app using App Gallery configuration. When you install or update the app, you’ll be asked to specify the Clio server you wish to connect the app to:
- If your account is on the US Clio server, enter US
- If your account is on the Canadian Clio server, enter CA
- If your account is on the European Clio server, enter EU
If you’d ever like to change the value, simply sign into App Gallery, locate and click Connect for Clio, and select the Configure button next to the app’s icon.
Note: Once the new value(s) is set, you will have to reinstall the app on your devices to refresh the application with the updated value(s).
